Biography
Kelli provides technical assistance related to Career and Technical Education (CTE) and federal Perkins funding to school districts through the Arkansas River Education Service Cooperative in Pine Bluff. Kelli is a graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, where she received a BBA in Accounting. She also obtained a M.Ed. from the University of Arkansas at Monticello, and a MSE in Educational Leadership from Henderson State University. Kelli is a National Board Certified Teacher.
Kelli’s background as an auditor for Arthur Andersen, a financial analyst, and a mortgage manager in the corporate environment provides a substantial business foundation for her career. Her strong belief in faith and family is evidenced by her children’s accomplishments. She invested 7 years to train her children in the home. When they began their education, Kelli pursued an occupation in education as well. Licensed in Mathematics, Business Technology, Building Level Administration and as a Reading Specialist, she taught in the high school setting, and then progressed to district leadership as Director of Federal Funds, School Improvement, Testing and Technology for her local school district.
