Biography

Currently leading them on their lean journey as process trainer, Tim Hall has been a member of the Nice Pak family for 6 years.  Tim has been in lean manufacturing/management for the last 12 years with his first training with the TBM institute.  Although Nice Pak is still in its infancy stages with KATA, they have had substantial gains and improvements through it, and the mind sets KATA creates are the mindsets Nice Pak wants in it’s employees.
