Our Managing for Continuous Improvement (MCI) program is a blended, prescriptive, expert-led training program that will provide you with an opportunity to learn world class business transformational methodologies.  By scheduling one 8 hour module per month over a 5 month period, the components of the program will prepare you to transition to a more thoughtful and “purpose driven” approach to managing your company’s continuous improvement efforts.

The monthly modules are designed to guide you through a natural progression toward sustained competitive growth. The first module is designed to help you understand your role within your company and give you the tools to develop effective mentoring skills. During the second module, you will be setup with the foundation of success from 15 lean manufacturing tools. The third module will help you learn to identify your company’s current state and visualize where it can go. During the fourth module, you’ll work on how to manage and sustain a change culture. During the final model, you’ll work on standardizing the training process within your company to sustain the competitive growth.
